Hotel Ark

In the center of Verona, the works supervision was managed for the construction of the renovation systems of the Hotel.

The rooms, the entrance with the management of public lighting, the reception, the kitchen and the garage have been renovated on the various floors.

Ingea has followed the various stages of expansion by designing the necessary plant adjustments such as:

• The increase in power required to power the machines with the construction of a new secondary Medium Voltage substation
• Creation of a public and private lighting system in the external areas
• Design of air conditioning systems, air exchange
• Design of electrical lighting systems, motive power, smoke detection, room control and management, anti-intrusion, data transmission of the area used as a hotel

Approval was given of the material to be used, agreeing with the suppliers what characteristics should be adopted.

Following the implementation phase, a check was carried out on all the plants built, intervening if the tests carried out did not meet the minimum specifications.
